Wisdom of Yoga - weekly classes held every Tuesday morning from 10:00-11:30am.
Beginning & continuing students welcome. Take time to create a yoga practice that meets your needs. This weekly class focuses on alignment, improving strength & stamina, and increasing flexibility. You will be supported meeting challenges while having fun. Students are encouraged to move at the own pace.
Drop-in $25 or 8 classes for $145. Teens, teachers of teens & US veterans are welcome to attend for $5/class

This class offers a comprehensive introduction to Daoist internal arts—whether you're seeking better flexibility and stress relief or foundational tools for deeper spiritual practice. Guided by Dr. Taylor St. Clair, a Chinese medicine physician with more than 10 years of experience in Daoist internal arts, each session blends stretching and opening warm-ups, standing and movement qigong, and seated meditation. The guiding principle of this class is to support the more complete weaving together of body and mind, and then reaping the health benefits that gradually arise.

Full Moon Cacao & Transformational Breathwork Ceremony
Join us for a connective and creative evening of community spirit and inner journeying in ceremony with Cacao, intuitive self-expression, and somatic healing through Transformational Breathwork. We will gather on the Full Moon, a time that may feel as an energy peak that has been building throughout the lunar month. We will discuss the energetic influences impacting us this month, and move through a creative ritual for harnessing the power of this time for our intentions in our lives. Cacao and Transformational Breathwork will support us in recharging and letting go of what is no longer serving us, ready to start fresh and clear with a powerful vision and intention for our lives.
Yoga With Vicki
Yoga with Vicki will guide you into your weekend renewed from your busy week. We will begin with grounding breath work and gentle stretching, moving into a thoughtful vinyasa flow that awakens our body and centers our mind, ending with deep tissue releasing poses and a meditative resting pose. The class is for all levels of fitness. Cost is $15 for drop in.
