This 3-hour workshop is a space to gain tools, learn about your growth edges, and work on active relational conflicts with Lolo Halman, a skilled relationship coach. In this workshop, you'll have opportunities to:
identify your tendencies in times of conflict
create experiments for how you'd like to show up in greater alignment with your values
practice these experiments with a partner
get feedback and support from Lolo Halman, a skilled relationship coach
The workshop will largely be experiential, meaning that while there will be some teaching components, the majority will be participatory activities, largely with a partner, to identify a core tendency (or several) in moments of conflict, followed by experiential practice. Each activity will be followed by guided reflection and with the opportunity to get feedback and thoughts from the facilitator to deepen your learning. In general, while active participation is encouraged, you will always be invited to work within your own comfort level. You do not need to come with a partner.
This workshop may be a good fit for you if you tend to avoid conflict, become overwhelmed by it, get caught in repetitive arguments, understand communication concepts intellectually but have difficulty using them in the moment, or if you're just interested in working in the soup of conflict transformation and want to level up your skills.
