Stay is a therapist-led relational practice community for people who want to build greater emotional resilience, authentic connection, and relational confidence. Through mindfulness, somatic awareness, and structured interpersonal practices, participants strengthen skills that support healthier relationships, reduced isolation, and greater capacity to stay present with themselves and others. While many participants also work with individual therapists, Stay is not psychotherapy, and participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship. It is a place to practice the relational skills that help therapy take root in everyday life.
