This recurring 50min class series is held 4x/month on Sundays and Tuesdays.
DECEMBER CLASSES:
Sundays: Dec 14th & 21st at 4:00pm
Tuesdays: Dec 16th & 23rd at 6:00pm
Combining elements of Vinyasa Yoga ( a flow connecting breath to movement) and Mat Pilates (low impact, body weight strength training), Cate will adapt the focus of each class depending on the needs of the group. You can expect every class to be:
Beginner friendly
Trauma informed
Include variations for every body
Just you and your mat!
Emphasis on the mind body connection
Price: Drop-in, sliding scale $10-$20 A QR code for payment will be available in class. Cash accepted and encouraged. This class is intended to be welcoming and accessible to everyone. If cost is a barrier for you at any point, you are still welcome to attend class.
What to bring: Yourself! Mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer

Instructor Bio: Cate Zecher, LMT brings a compassionate, grounded presence to her work, specializing in supporting those who often put their own needs last — caregivers, busy professionals, parents, and people navigating the physical and emotional toll of chronic stressors. Her sessions offer folks a chance to reconnect with their bodies, gain clarity around their patterns of movement and tension, and begin the process of meaningful, sustainable healing.
Cate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Public Health from the University of Nevada, Reno, and an Associate’s degree in Nutrition from TMCC. In addition to her massage therapy credentials, Cate is a certified 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Matwork Pilates.
