Instructor bios: Johnnie Mazzocco believes that honoring your impulse to write is an act of self-love. She creates safe spaces for sensitive souls where stories emerge and voices flourish. Her Writing Through the Body™ method blends the creative (writing craft), the esoteric (the chakra system), and the academic (a Socratic style of inquiry) to help writers uncover their truths, create deeply considered human-like characters, and unravel the mysteries of the human condition. On a mission to heal the world through story, she seeks others committed to doing the same. johnniemazzocco.com

Crispin Spaeth champions the beauty of your unique vertebrate design and its intrinsic relationship to confidence, connection, and freedom. Her whole-self approach is based in Integrative Alexander Technique – a little art, a little science, and a whole lot of humanity. She discovered this work when she was a contemporary dance choreographer, where she saw the power of not only the physical benefits but also the access to creativity. Now she works with creatives working in the arts and business to move more easily, access their ideas, and communicate them, sometimes out loud. www.crispinspaeth.com
