Instructor Bio: Dr. Taylor St. Clair, practicing Chinese medicine physician and bodyworker with more than 10 years experience in Daoist internal arts and philosophy. These teaching come primarily from the Longmen Pai (Dragon Gate School) of Daoist tradition. Emphasis is placed more on quality of the felt-sense (i.e. awareness) than on intricate choreography; based on the understanding that the power of these arts comes more from how you engage with them rather than the movements or postures themselves.
